dirty grab

Hi, this is my first post on this Forum.

I have the pana100Ae.
I have observed on some grabs some imperfections. You can view the problem in the image below.

Looks to me like compression.

Those are some neat grabs. One day I would love to visit Italy or possibly shoot a movie there. Neat stuff korek. :)

This is common on all (as far as I've seen) 3 CCD video cameras. The very right and left portions are slightly off probably due to CCD/prism alignments. Nothing to worry about. If displaying for web release then just crop it, otherwise TVs will cut it off anyways.

You're not the only one Mr Gillock. I was grossly disappointed myself.

Now I'm quite, I was very worried about that noise.

I'm sorry, I have understood that the title that I have chosen for this thread is not much suitable :(
