Been shooting with new DVX, maybe 15 hours on head and just started to get intermittently red dirty cylinder warning in viewfinder, no apparent drop outs in playback, off to location shoot in a week, no time for Panasonic service, can I just use a head cleaner tape (know they are abrasive)....thanks, best quick service in nyc anyone?

yeah, a quick 5-10 sec pass of the cleaning tape worked fine for me when I got the warning, and it made my shoot a heck of lot more peaceful too (my warning came at the beginning of a shoot (panic), and the playback footage looked crazy, fortunately the record was fine).
