Dirt behind the Lens

Hello, Today I discovered that with my DVX200 I have an unsharp, dark spot at the top of the picture. It doesn't change when I zoom or focus, so it's dirt behind the lens. Does anyone have any idea how I can remove that?

This was my answer to someone recently asking a similar question:

"In short, you can blow it off if it's accessible. If not, you can't and will have to service the camera with Panasonic, or hope it eventually moves to a different area of the glass that's not as noticeable.

Dust in the inner chamber of cameras is a known problem due to poor quality control (for a particular unit, not in general), and most people just live with it as it's usually only noticeable at higher apertures."

I was going to add that sometimes it's worse with smaller sensor cameras and slow glass.

Is it a new spot? If so, maybe it's on the outside of the glass and a good lens wipe can get it off.

If it's new but on the inside, that's unfortunate.
