DIRECTORS REEL critique...

Looked good to me.
Colors were spot on and awesome
Good shot composition

All together it kept me interested
 
Typically a directing reel consists of three short scenes or excerpts from one of your films. It doesn't consist of music and it is not a montage or collage of video. Too judge your directing people need to be able to hear your actors and their voices and their emotions, this looks more like a cinematography reel to me.

this isn't necessarily true. for promoting direction in general, the reel is typically a montage. for promoting the direction of a specific piece or film, the reel is usually just an extended trailer.
 
agree with zac. directing isnt just about dialouge scenes. Film is a visual medium. Lets say our making a film with no dialouge. Directing consists of communication with actors, shot composition, framing, and the over look and feeling of a film. so i think this is a prefect directors reel. By the way i really like your reel. Looks very pro. And it seems that your films are well acted and interesting. Good job.
