OTHER: Director reel

Finally after a long time wanted to do one, I got around to do it. All shot on GH4 and edited with FCPX. I didn't include so much stuff and I'm sure so much more should be in there.

You might want to mix it up more.

You do it with Simple Life footage but the others seem to take only one scene from the movie.

You ought to mix up the reel. Not sure you need title cards. Maybe an on screen tag if you felt it important to differentiate the movie titles.

Thanks for your comments. The thing is I need to show some directing, not just a montage of clips, or that would just be a DP reel. I think most director reels that just show nice footage, are not showing any direction of sort. I see a lot of reels that have beautiful shots with nice music to it, but if I'm looking for a director (narrative) I would look for how they directed the scenes. Just my thinking of doing the reel. The last part as you mentioned is more of a mix, after showing specific scenes. I'll do another reel again so who knows, but I do think as a director you need to include a scene or part of a scene and not just a music montage.

My editing reel is different, as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKrkOUNS6n4 because I'm trying to show editing.
