Director Gareth Evans using Sony NEX-7

I posted this in another forum so you guys probably saw this already, but Gareth Evans director of The Raid and The Raid 2 made this previs video and he used the sony NEX-7 to film it. Its pretty cool even though the rolling shutter is pretty crazy in certain scenes due to the fast camera movement.

I love The RAID but to me this was a bad choice to use the NEX 7. So much movement the camera is breaking apart. Really distracting. Not sure why he chose to do this other than for a teat of some kind but it's clear to me the wrong tool for this job.
 
That is just a previs. It's them just testing out the choreography... so the camrera was not really important.. That is my understanding.
