digital photo frame

This is one of those things that if nobody answers, it means noone has tried it yet. I have never looked at one of those, but I figure there are no inputs? or are there? if so give it a shot....
 
Just saw this post, ..it's funny you mentioned this, I was wondering the same thing. I was using a little DVD player with Video inputs as my camera's field monitor for my crane, until it got fried a few weeks back during a long family drive (Lord of the Rings was too much for it). Burned out the motor. But I had bought my wife a Centrios 8-inch Photo Frame last year for Christmas. I was going to try it out, but unfortunately the thing was a piece of junk (which was why I was willing to try it) We hardly ever used it because it was so glitchy and tempermental with photos (imagine that - it's supposed to be a PHOTO frame). But before I could try it as a monitor, it gave up the ghost completely out of the blue. Wouldn't work,.. wouldn't turn on,.. completely blank. I'll never buy a Centrios again that's for sure. But it has also left me wondering if it would have worked as a field monitor. Wish I'd had the chance to try it.
