Digital Cut (Crash Record) Help

I am desparate. Been trying, literally, for 24 hours straight now to burn a 1-hour DVD master. Transcoding has failed 3 times (a 3+ hour process each time).

Trying to do a crash record to DVX100A, so that I can capture within the DVD program, but getting no audio on tape -- only video. This has happened before, but cannot remember the solution. No support in help topics, or from Avid, of course.

Go to settings/deck configuration and do an auto configure while the camera is hooked up.

Then try playing your timeline and see if you get both picture and audio.
 
Done that. Get both picture and sound on timeline, of course. But, only video is being sent to camera.
 
On the right side of the screen on the timeline, where the video and audio listings are, have you made sure that they are clicked on?

when i record off the time line to my dvd recorder there is a way to control the audio thru my mixer rite?
