Digital Concepts 0.45X Professional 43mm Wide Angle HD Lens with Macro.. Dare I ask?

[Butchnap]

I've been reading about the various wide angle adapters being used with the HMC40, and I stumbled across this cheap one while shopping for filters..

Of course I know that you get what you pay for and all that, and didn't really expect to hear much good about this one, but.. Look at those reviews, especially the first one!

Has anyone used this adapter with the HMC40? Any comments?

Noted.. Nothing wrong with being curious, however. Anyone else?

Thanks wannabepilot. I just ended up bidding on and winning a used Raynox HD-6600 Pro for $61.00 so I guess that takes care of that!

The wide angle on that lens isn't that good, but the macro works rather well.
