Digibeta: do I need a special capture card to capture from a DigiBeta deck?

Can I just use a firewire port like miniDV? I have about 20minutes of 16mm that was dubbed to digibeta. I need to get that to my hard drive... i'm having difficulties finding a place that will do it for a decent price.

Can i just take my computer and hook it up to a digibeta deck? do i need a black magic card or something? Is there a laptop alternative?

You can either use a Blackmagic or AJA card and capture in uncompressed which would preserve the quality or hook up the Digibeta deck to a Mini-DV device via analog cables and capture with firewire but that would compress the footage 5:1 and kill the benefit of using Digibeta in the first place ...
