Different versions of HVX200?

Hey guys,

I've been looking at some HVX200's available online. Some of them have version numbers on the flipout LCD cover. The one I'm looking at says V4.0.6, and the color of the body seems to be darker than the ones I've seen without a version number.

Can anyone tell me which is the latest model?

The V4.0.6 is the firmware version. All cameras can be upgraded by the end-user by downloading the firmware image to a SD card and selecting an upgrade command from a menu on the camera.

As far as colors are concerned, there is only one scheme. If a camera looks different in some images, it's likely due to whitebalance or lighting.

Yeah, as far as the color goes, most of my HVX body is a gray and the front lens area is black. But if you look at the camera in different lighting the grayish part tends to look black. You will only notice a drastic difference if you look at the camera in bright lit environment.
