Anyone know what The difference is between the "A" and "R" Panasonic memory cards are?

I know what the difference is between the "A" and "E" are.

But A and R ???? Where does the "R" series come from?

Thanks

Thanks

Do you think there is a difference in quality when shooting 720p at 24F? or might it just affect
slow motion work, or no affect at all.

Also, the "R"s have a life time warranty. I also have some older cards that are neither "R" or "A"

I wonder what those are rated??:shocked::shocked:

There is no quality difference between the cards. That is determined by the camera, not the card.

Rated? In terms of warranty? Or in terms of usage (aka writes/rewrites)?

there is ZERO effect on video QUALITY between card versions. the cards are just a storage vehicle.

the difference in versions of P2 cards is:
- transfer speeds (which isnt a make or break difference in 99.9999% of cases)
or in the case of e-series cards:
- total lifespan of the card. and IF you have to ask - it probably WONT effect you. it only effects the person who fills, dumps and refills a card repeatedly - EVERY SINGLE DAY. and if you do that. you probably dont give two shits about card price in the first place ; )
