Dialog sequence with daylight changes

Hey Guys!

I'm starting my next short-movie and i'd like to hear some suggestions if u can help me out. :)

The idea is to shoot a dialog sequence on a park, while the day transforms into night. It's a couple sitting on a table talkin to each other and, as they say their lines, the sun sets and by the end of the chat, its nighttime.

I'm goin to use my Canon T1i to shoot the video, hooked to a SD 7'' monitor to help me focus. But i'm capturing the audio with a boom mic connected to my DVX-100A.

Have you ever seen a scene like this before? With the light changing in the middle of a dialog, with no cuts to other scenes?

Any ideas would be deeply appreciated!
Thx in advance, L

Is this all from one angle? I am assuming you are going to do this at sunset because then it only takes a few minutes to go completly dark. But this is going to be one long scene with no cuts.

Ty for reply! :D
I was plannin on doing lots of cuts.

Like shootin the start the dialog at 5pm, shooting the second part at 6pm then 6:30 and the end at 7pm (im in Brazil, summertime, so it's only dark at 8pm).

I wouldnt like to be stuck at the same POV all the time, tho.
