Diabolos - a 48hour short film

First off, I'd like to say that I really love "make a deal with a devil stories". I've tried to make a few myself, because I just love that situation. Now...on to your movie.

I liked the devil, he had a good voice. Sometimes I think horns are too much, but I think it fit the look of the movie well.
At first I thought the movie was a comedy because of the delivery of the lines...the man seemed a bit too smart. He had no nervousness at all, which could have worked if the ending had been different. What I'm getting at is that the theme/mood changed dramatically from the beginning to the end.
The slow motion was a bit stuttery and I felt that scene in the bar was the weakest of the movie. I didn't feel his richness, or fame or whatever. Some of the shots I think could have been eliminated.
Overall, I think the work was definitely creative, well lit and nicely acted/written...but some of the technical quirks were jarring, and some shots unnecessary. Having done some 24 hour film fests, I understand how difficult even doing what you did must have been, so congratulations on a job well done. Good luck, and hope to see more from you in the future.

Thank for the comments!
Feedback is always good and I can always learn more from it.

I decreased the speed on that slomo clips in FCP. I'm not sure why it stuttered.
could it be the way it was shot?
