Recently I had the chance of working with Sunscreen Film Festival's founder Tony Armer. I had my friend Chris Keaton come up with a short script that was very open not much of a story, we just needed something to shoot so I could learn what Tony had to offer. We shot this short film "Devil's Game" for cinematography, editing, acting and directing exercise purposes more than focusing on the actual story. After learning firsthand with Tony through shooting this short my perspective completely changed on directing, feedback on this short would be great. I apologize now for the low audio levels!
We shot this on a canon 7d and a Canon xa10, I was really impressed with the look we got with the Canon xa10. Luckily we had real props to worth with, I always like a sense of authenticity on films.
