Wish I were banned.
I assume you mean increase the shallow depth of field. Are you wanting blurry out-of-focus areas or sharp? Blurry would be shallow depth of field, while everything sharp would be called deep depth of field.
for shallow:
Zoom in all the way, open up your iris all the way, and place the camera as close to the subject as possible. Also, put the background as far away from the subject as possible.
...or purchase a 35mm adapter setup. There are some stickies on this site that go into much more detail on creating shallow depth of field, and why it works.
