Deployment Strategy Movie: Headshot fx!!

so Deployment Strategy was just nominated for Best Special Effects at the Action on Film festival in Long Beach. It also won best Sci-Fi Short at the Indie Gathering film festival in Ohio!!

Exactly! Why is it blowing up like some balloon? Its just a bullet man.

And your second picture above doesnt fit to you video. In the video everythin ios blown away, and on the picture the brain and blood is all just on the ground behind him.

LOL. it's not scientifically accurate you're right!! CSI would show up and be like, yo there's continuity issues here!!:love4:
 
I am not sure what you want your movie to look like ;) Seeing that scene I think it will be a funny low budget movie...

ALso I thought the second picture looked quite nice and then I was dissappointed by the clip.
 
i'll post a clip soon from the final locked picture. thanks for the feedback everyone! It's definitely helped me shape the final visual style of the film.

hey btw, in light of how most of the replies on this thread have been critical of the work i've done, i wanted to explicitly state that I am grateful for your participation. Thank you!

I post about my film on a couple different boards that have different types of people with different interests. Like you guys are all fellow video/filmmakers/artists so i look for your feedback in that light. On another board i post on is for action/sci-fi movie junkies so i get and look for a different type of feedback.
