Denver at night!

I love Denver. I've only been once and that was over a year ago, but I fell in love with the place. You just reminded me how much I enjoyed my short stay!

As for the video.... I thought it had a nice crisp feel. Smooth, steady shots are always appealing. The color was also brilliant - with very very few shots that felt underexposed or flat.

I used to skate so it's always fun seeing some footage to bring back memories. Was the focus on manual the entire time at the park? Some shots went out/in. From experience - setting focus to infinity or auto proves to work pretty well in those situations.

Fun little video though.

The focus was set to manual because I was using the letus adapter during the skateboard scenes. Mostly I was practicing tracking the skaters which, of course, proved to be challenging. The scenes in Downtown were without the adapter.

Always good to play 'where's that!?!?!?'. Obviously, 16th Street Mall, Denver Pavilions and Denver Skatepark. I'm thinking you had a beer at Marlowe's. Maybe?

Beyond that silliness, it looks great and does make me want an HVX that much more. Somehow seeing footage from right here in D-Town ups the ante mentally. Makes you start thinking about other beauty shots that'd be perfect for the Panny......

Didn't mean to get all geo-specific. Good times.....
