maybe the DL is to slow and they give up?Just to let you guys know, the download wasn't that slow and I didn't have to wait long before it started downloading.
Now, on to the critiques. When I first watched it, I felt that the music was a bit "cheesy." Personally, I don't think it fit the video. Most of the footage were really grainy, I suggest you drop those because they show nothing positive about your skills and not to mention they're distracting. Some shots in your reel were shrunk, I don't see the reason for this since it just provides another distraction.
In the beginning of the reel, the words "Editor" and "Director" were in sync to the beat of the music, but "DP" was a little bit off. I don't know if you were trying to get them to be in sync, but if you were, this mistake would make you look like a poor editor. Also, the music ends abruptly at the end without any kind of fade, but maybe you wanted it like that? Now as far as the cinematography goes, they don't really demonstrate anything unique about your ability to DP. Most of the framings were pretty basic, and in my opinion, some of them would have looked better on a tripod. Can't say much about the "director" part of your reel, but most of the acting seemed natural so kudos to that.

I'm using cable connection and it took 6 mins to download. Sticky pod is a great site for fast uploading/streaming. I thought the music was fine, but you could do a little better (maybe add a few jump cuts, spice it up a little to fit the music). 
The music has a fast pace to it, and if you don't keep up with it, you'll lose the feel. I really like the grain, it gives it texture. I think that all of your shots were very good, it's just your music/pace that might be holding it back.
