Looked good.

The tag at the start is too long...way too long....and drove me crazy.

Loved some of the shots but I'd move them around. Put your slickest shot first do not hold back. There are some really slick shots in the middle that you should start with. Re CC anything that feels too video and harsh. There are few shots that felt very rookie-ish to me that I would lose as they felt out of place in the rest of the reel.
And some of it felt repeditive.

30 seconds of gold is better than a min of copper. Know what I mean?

Good start all together. Nice job.

Oh, and deinterlace for web, it drives some people crazy and that's the only feedback you'll get.
