demo reel open need your suggestions

i've been working on my demo reel and i created a open i liked it when i first made it but now im having second thoughs, im not the best when it comes to stuff like this but i want it to look really good. i posted a very low rez version on youtube it looks like crap but please let me know if it good or should i try something new. any suggestions would be helpful as well.

I found it a bit hard to read.

It was rather long for what it was, too.

Maybe try some new things with it and repost!
 
i can change the text no prob. is it even worth changing the txt does it look to fake thats what i'm wondering,should i scrap the whole thing and try something new?
 
I like the idea, but i think the video frames need to be a bit darker, and then as mentioned above, the text, is hard to read, and it needs to be in frame for a couple seconds longer.. I like it though..
