OTHER: Demo Reel - Critique and Comments, Please

I'm a recent graduate and I'm trying to become professional. I created this reel in order to hand over to the production companies I wish to apply to.

I humbly ask for critique and suggestions in order to give this a more professional feel.

I'm a noob as well but here's what I think:

1.) the aspect ratio for the whole video should be the same. It starts out at a ratio of 4:3 (I think) with the little child laughing, and in the next shot it's 2:39:1 (I think) than it switches back to 4:3 in the next shot

2.) I would take out the more commonplace shots and make it a bit shorter using only the best stuff you have. Short and interesting is best. Example, I would cut the shots at :13, :16, :26, :32

Thank you very much Saharanturtle. It would have been very dangerous to have three mundane shots before the 30 minute mark.
