Deleted project : Avid MC6

Hi there,

My coworker had some of his project files on Avid MC6 deleted, but he wants to reconnect the .MXF media files from these old deleted projects so that he can deleted the leftovers .MXF.

Is it possible to link the old media to another project to create a new master clip from a new project?

If he has the original files (that Media Composer creates .mxf with), you can simply relink the original files:
1. Right Click at the clips and choose batch import.
2. Choose only offline files from the popup dialog.
3. Find them and re import them.
