Up for sale is our trusty Defy G12 Gimbal. Comes with G12 Gimbal, Pelican travel case, 3 long life batteries, battery charger, & thumbstick controller. Love it, just don't use it much since we mostly shoot our gimbal stuff now with an A7S, so we use our Defy G2X mostly and the G12 just sits waiting to be used. We flew a number of different cameras with this G12, including FS700, FS7, FS5, F3, D800, 5D. Super easy to balance- takes about 5 minutes once you do it a few times (links to videos to learn to balance can be provided).
Basically any camera rig up to 12 lbs. Paid over $8K for the entire kit, but I know there has been a huge price drop since gimbals first started coming out.
Gimbal is in like new condition- in fact, it just got back from Defy where I sent it in to get it tuned up/calibrated and ready to sell.
I personally prefer it to the Ronin, mostly because of the weight (lighter) and I like the stance of the handles better- feels more comfortable to hold for me, especially for longer takes when you've got a fully rigged out setup. This is the 3rd Defy Gimbal I've owned and I love 'em. ESPECIALLY their customer service which is something that's very important!!!
$875. CON US ONLY. No international. Paypal for payment. I have bought and sold plenty here on DVXUSER over the years. References available upon request. PM me with any questions. Thanks for looking.
