Default Cinematographer/Camera Package Needed in NYC

Hello,

I'm putting together a shoot for the still photographers/new directors that I work for:

http://www.dbem.net

They shoot perfume, beauty, and fashion advertising and have been getting a lot of requests for a reel to help them book the motion end of things.

We're scheduling a 2 day shoot with 4 Gorgeous top models and need someone to get some great slow-mo shots with a steady cam or similar system.

On each girl there will be a 3/4 length shot of her moving with a flowy dress and a lot of wind - and close up beauty shot of her on a satin sofa.
All in studio in New York. The feeling will be a modern version of old Hollywood glamour. The film will need to have a similar look to the stills that will be shot on the same day.

The dates were looking at are next Thursday 11/ Friday 12th but it could be pushed back to Monday 15th/ Tuesday 16th, or possibly different dates all together. As this is for their personal use only - there is basically no budget. We need someone who owns his own equipment or has good connections to get it for free or very cheap.

I originally posted this a few days ago on the reduser forum and got a bunch of really generous responses and offers from some big DP's for free crew/hmi/red cam packages. The problem was, they needed more time with each shot than I can give them. The stills are the first priority on this shoot and we will only have about 15 minutes per shot to get the motion. We have 6 shots each day. The other problem was they wanted to bring in 20k's and we're not going to have the room, time, or power to deal with such large lights. I'm thinking more along the lines of 2ks. (the stills are being shot with strobes)

I'm not sure what camera system will work best for this, but we're going to need shallow 35mm looking depth- and all slow mo.

The files will be color balanced, retouched, and edited on our end, and we'll supply you with a copy. You could of course do your own thing with them too if you like. Please send me an email if your interested.

Thanks,

Christine
