dead pixels, help!

Hello, wondered if anyone has any suggestions, my fs100 has developed a stuck white pixel, I can black balance it but if I black balance a second time it comes back and it is going to be a real pain to check for it every time I do a shot. This is the second sensor I've had fitted to the camera, the first had stuck pixels that would switch places back and forth after each balance! I am worried that if I leave it others may develop and I will be juggling dead pixels.
Anyone have any suggestions other than sending the thing back yet again! I really can't believe this camera has such a shoddy way of dealing with pixel problems.
