Dead Pixels FS700

Just sent my camera out to get my dead pixels fixed.. They said it proanbly just needs re aligned, or something like that. Can anyone go into more detail on what that means? Anyone had it done before?

Do you have a screen cap you could post of what this looks like on the FS700??

Just curious, never heard of it. The FS700 uses a 8.9MP sensor, and after down-sampling to HD at just 2MP, it is amazing to me that you'd still be able to see one, or even a couple dead pixels. Some Sony still cameras remap problem pixels once a month - when you turn them off, it doesn't power off immediately, the shutter clicks (when camera is operating in electronic first curtain), then after about 1.5 seconds it powers off. During this time any dead or stuck pixels are remapped.
