So i have been shooting my concerts in 30p and everything is great and when working in FC i notice lines which i know is normal and they are not there once i finish and export. Everything so far ends up on the web so should i be de-interlacing during capture or not neccessarry ?

Thanks

No need, if you're working in 30P. De-interlacing is only for interlaced footage, aka 60i.

You can also set your sequence's field dominance to "none" to make sure you don't see those lines at all.

No need to de-interlace anything.
De-interlacing is mainly used for footage shot in interlacing mode. Idea is to make the footage look as if it is shot progressive, so that progressive monitors (i.e. comp monitors, LCD tvs) doesnt show interlaced lines(especially in freeze frames)

EDIT:C2V was faster ;)

What about my PDX footage from what i know that shoots 60i default yet when playing on the web it looks fine?

De-interlacing not necessarily contributes to 'fine looks'. Many people arent bothered with interlaced footage(especially tvs used to be pretty much interlaced before LCDs and new broadcast regulations took over)
60i can and still produce fine looks and and even if you dont de-interlace for web only those who know what to look at would notice and/or may be bothered by interlaced lines. What and how you shoot effects the outcome too.
