I have two Canon CINE lenses, each professionally de-clicked by a lens tech in nyc to have smooth manual aperture rings:

Canon 55mm f1.2 SSC CINE Prime Lens
(includes lens case and front/rear caps)
Glass elements are clean. Body has wear to finish (strictly cosmetic).

Canon 28-50mm f3.5 SSC CINE Zoom Lens
(includes lens case, lens hood and front/rear caps)
Glass elements and body are clean.
