DC Out 12v tap for wireless stopped working

Not sure what happened but another photographer used the camera and when I got the cam back the DC OUT now isn't working. Is their a setting on the camera or in the menu that can turn this off? I don't think this is the case but want to make sure before I have the camera sent out for repair.
