Hmm. Found this thread late. Are people still meeting up?

[blue-marker]

Hello, Please let me know if you still want to have a meet-up.

Thanks

[Matt Gottshalk]

As I mentioned before, I can host a meeting at my studio.

I assume Saturdays would be good for everyone?

[Rock Punk!]

I'm interested. How about Saturday afternoon March 28?

Fortunately/unfortunately I am on hold for DPing the commercials for one of the VA governor candidates that day.....

We will do this, I promise.

Hey, in the meantime, check out this music video I just finished!

Shot on an abandoned island in two days. Had to take all of the gear in by boat both days. No power so everything was existing light.

Credits:

Matt Gottshalk, McGee Digital Media - DP/Editor

Saturday 4/4 then? BTW, Matt if you need any assistants or assistance with projects feel free to contact me.

[Dafilman21]

I know I am kind of late to the party but I would love to meet with you guys on the 4th

[Rock Punk!]

Perhaps a Questfest collaboration?

[Rock Punk!]

OK so no go this Saturday (4/4) how about Saturday 4/18? I'm proposing Saturdays because earlier posters indicated that they were not in the immediate area. I could also meet throughout the week.

Nice looking video Matt, you don't want to forget anything when you take a boat in with your equipment

So, did this meet up happen, doesn't sound like it yet... I'm game, just moved back to Maryland from Los Angeles not very long ago and it be cool to network. I always hate not knowing who to call when I need some extra help. In LA that was not a problem

I'm around College Park, MD area, anybody here from around that area that would like to collaborate on some short films, music videos and other productions I have planned? I have a T2i, H4N that I just bought, access to some shot gun mikes and lavs, and would like to start shooting some stuff (shorts, comedy skits, online video contest entries, anything really) but I don't know any other aspiring film makers

anyone around?
