GH5 DC-BGH1 New Panasonic cine camera coming

I wonder if it could be for hidden/small/static cams for broadcast events (concerts, etc). It has ethernet according to some of the leaked specs, so it would lend itself to that type of small sensor in a box usage with control, feed, and power all over ethernet.
 
Sensor a little wider than GH5, time code, and SDI. Lower megapixels may make better low light performance, and higher FPS. It would have been nice to have full Vlog, but it peaks my interest. There is still hope for a GH6 with IBIS, with a better sensor
 
10 bit 422 raw over hdmi, got my interest. When it comes to raw I am not a purist 10 bit just means some log transform or what ever to get 13 stops into the 10 bit number space, so what, I am ok with that. 422 is not part of raw and that, to me , says partial debayering, so not real raw, so what, I’m ok with that too. Now there is no way that Panasonic would use b for BRAW in bgh1, but if.... this could be my next camera.
 
Those specs are the same size as the GH5S sensor. The GH5S sensor is larger than the GH5 sensor, due to the fact that it is multi-aspect ratio sensor. So the sensor area fills the full Micro 4/3 image circle (21.6 mm diagonal) whether shooting in 17:9 aspect ratio (4096 x 2160) or in 4:3 aspect ratio (for stills or anamorphic shooting). In contrast, the GH5 sensor is a 4:3 aspect ratio sensor that does a vertical crop when shooting 4K (17:9 or 16:9 aspect ratio) video, resulting in a smaller image diagonal and smaller effective sensor area in 17:9/16:9 than in 4:3 modes.

Obviously no 8K with this new camera. What little has been leaked so far sounds like an incremental step up from the GH5S, and not the sort of quantum jump in specs that I expected from the GH5... which is getting close to being four years old at this point.

This makes me wonder if the BGH1 is a little smoke to distract us from the main event for a while.

No EVF

Apart from BNC and Genlock, why not just use a GH5S? The BGH1 makes for a very small niche use case.
