Snap Judgment, NPR’s newest hit show, will be taping a brand new special at DC’s Sidney Harman Hall - and we’re looking for shooters!

The Snap Judgment radio show broadcast nationally on over 250 NPR stations with over 300,000 weekly listeners. We’re filming our latest stage show on Canon HDSLR’s on November 12th, and we’re looking for talented filmmakers in the DC and surrounding area to help make it happen.

We’re looking for about 6 shooters, from film students to seasoned videographers, to join our crew. Shooting will take place at DC’s Sidney Hall, November 12th for an 8pm showtime. We will need you in at either 11am or 4:30pm, and we’ll be done at about 10pm.

You’ll need at least a Canon HDSLR and a good fluid head. We are also looking for 1 HVX user. Due to the venue we we need mostly longer lenses, and they can be provided, however having your own >200mm is definitely a plus. We are also interested in dollies, jibs, steadycams, external monitors, light kits, and whatever else you think can help put this show over the top.

Pay is competitive and based on experience and the equipment you bring to the table.
