A few reasons...the first feels a little more budget oriented. The fonts seem dated and the general quality seems to be slightly less than the second one. It has a roughness to it with the transitions and shot selection that seems more on par with lower budget productions...though the second video has a more pro level of polish to it. The second video feels like a marketing deliverable really piece where the first video over all feels like it might be in the gallery of videos for the company, but maybe on the first impression. The first is more of a guerrilla style that is cool, but maybe not what I would use first if this is intended to be marketing material.

The second video has a better selection go clips and also achieves a much more impactful suspension of reality....in contrast...the first video seems to "show the actual cards"...and the clips they are showing...are "ok" but not great.

Also...a big thing....sorry for reiterating...the ways these two videos handles the copy (text). The first video handles copy in a way that feels a bit cheap. No disrespect. The way text is handled can really make or break a video.

Thanks for the informative feedback. Appreciated and fair comments.

Why leave a thread in a useless state? (after editing).
like every artist - he presented his work/balls on a silver platter. got them hammered. ran away.
do you remember Glenngarry glenn ross? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9XW6P0tiVc
"you know what it takes to sell real estate? brass balls"
imho it's the same with art/film making. at least he had some and showed them here. got some constructive piece of info and... ran away to make revisions.
