SHORT: DAY 6 [Short Sci-Fi Film]

DAY 6
In the days following a devastating event, a man and a young girl seek refuge in an abandoned house.

I shot this all in one day back in January on my T2i. I just recently finished up the color correction, effects, etc. The only money that I had went toward the location, food, and transportation- lighting was an issue at times as you'll see. Anyways, let me know what you think. Any feedback is appreciated
 
your sound design is not bad....it does need some more "finishing"... like mixing it well, maybe some more "different" ambience sounds....

At first I thought the guy was going to kidnap or kill or maybe force her to make pancakes.... Was this ment to be that I had that feeling first ?
 
I did the best with what I had for the sound, but I agree- in the future I definitely want the sound design to be stronger

That's funny that you say that- That obviously wasn't my intention but I was wondering if anybody was going to see their relationship from that angle, at least in the beginning haha
