Dance Club Settings Anyone??

Hi
I will be filming a dance club scene for a music video on Saturday using the 30P frame rate. There will be dance club style moving and colored lights and I was wondering if anyone had any good scene settings that they could recommend. Thanks

Not sure exactly what to recommend here as it all comes down to your artisitic choice. But I would certainly do what I could do calm the reds down...

shoot with the Chroma level down -6 or -7 and Master ped at -2ish. help keep some detial in the darks.

Shoot Cine gamma D to help protect the highlights, and since youre gonna reclaim the blacks later anyway dont worry too much abou the little bit of noise.

Youshould be ok. Dont worry about protecting the highlights during flahses of lights, just expose for the faces. if you have time, Scrim the spotlights and colored lights to make them less intense and raise the ambient light level a little bit. It will give you a bit more of a balanced picture and give you more room in post.
