damaged footage - low resolution trouble?

Hi!
We have serious problem with the footage from dvx100AE.
Sometimes, (I supose after using low shutter) the resolution of the picture is very low,
like it was 300x200px, not 720x576.
I cleaned the cylinder in service, but I guess the problem is somewhere else,
I think some electronic things or what...
Can anybody help us?

Link doesn't work.

If you used the slow shutter speeds in 50i mode, yes the resolution drops in half. That's the way it works on all interlaced cameras.
