Damaged File From A7s

I had a file today that is corrupted from my A7s. When I stopped recording I recieved an error message like - "can't write to Image Database - need to rebuild" - I can't remember exactly what the message was...

Anyways, has this happened to anyone else? If so, any chance you were able to recover? I have the full 1gb mp4 on my card but it did not write an xmp.

Happened to me again yesterday. I thought it was my memory card but this write error was on a different card. If I find a repair solution or the root of the problem I will report back.
