Can someone whos familiar with it give me a really quick summary Ive never done it before and I need to quickly burn two 10 min pieces onto dvd+r/dvd-r, right now everything is in premiere at 24 fps, 720. Do I need to downrez to SD? Steps in order would be appreciated, thanks. Also having issues exporting in premiere with program crashes, wondering whether using wrong compression/size to output or just not enough ram, wish there was a trick like purge cache in AFX every frame (2GB ram 2.2 dual xp pro /3GB enabled)

Nevermind, the media encoder in premiere takes you thru the whole process just pick output format and quality/# of passes and 4:3 or 16:9, take output mv files and import into something like mydvd or better dvd creation program then burn, although i think premiere cs4 has all that built in

Mattsand,

Do you think it's better to apply stairsteps remover on raw footage of D90, before any color effects or format conversion ? or it doesnt matter ?

Before format conversion and any filter that affects pixels differently, like grain or diffusion, but primary color correction can be done before or after no problem. It's even mathematically equivalent.
