D90 Settings doubt

Hi everybody

I have some doubts about D90 video configuration. I would like to know if you people set the D90 in 720p or in 1080i???? i dont know in wich i will get best recording.

P.S.- I use final cut for editing.

From the Nikon D90 brochure:

Movie (specifications):

Image size (pixels) 1,280 x 720/24 fps, 640 x 424/24 fps, 320 x 216/24 fps

So you mean that i should set 720p on the camera instead of the 1080i to get the best quality image???

1080i is for video output. D90 Records in 720p 24fps, Thats it. Good luck
