I finally broke down and upgraded my D40X to a D90. My main reason for getting the D90 is the movie mode. I have an EX1 and the D90 will serve as my video cam when I have to get shots in high profile locations like airports, malls, etc. The EX1 just attracts too much attention.
So, here's my question:
Are there any controls at all for the Movie Mode? So far, I just switch the cam to Auto and AE-L and start recording. Are there any other controls we can mess with like aperture or shutter speed?
By the way, I've been using the 18-105mm. If I use a manual prime lens, would I be able to adjust aperture manually?
I love this camera, btw. I can't wait for the update when they include 1920x1080, timelapse, slow motion, and more manual controls.
