D90 and D5000 Has anyone compared?

Sorry about another xxxbrand vs yyybrand post but I am needing some help before I make my decision.

Has anyone done a comparison between these two cameras and what is the difference with the movie mode and quality of files you get with these? I just figured I would save a little money.

no difference in movie mode.
the d90 makes better photos and is more compatible with old lens.
Also, none of those will have a firmware update for the video function (ho ho ho ! beuark!)
 
Well the D5000 has a not-so-good LCD, or at least not nearly as good as the D90's. And it's photo capabilities are not as advanced. But if you're not worried about the LCD and only care about the video mode then yeah, they are identical.
 
I have found a lot of different things in the 2 cameras!
The D90 has display on top and the d5000 you have to go into menu to do everything. All of the d90 controls are actually on the camera not in it! There are so many I cant just sit here and think of everything!
