D7000 + manual lenses but aperture not changing!

Hey,
I tested my D7000 with some manual lenses with aperture rings, but in live view and manual mode when I turn the aperture ring, nothing happens. Why is that?
 
For those who don't know, change from the command dial to aperture ring control in the functions settings.
