anyone can confirm that the D600 is able to give a clean 100% image via HDMI ?

If yes, what external recorder you use ?

thanks !

A firmware update fixed the 95% problem.
I haven't tried to record it, so I can't comment
on how good the signal is. It displays on a
monitor nicely.

Yes the D600 can give you "clean" HDMI out.
Like many other Nikons, you have to cycle the info button untill the screen is blank.
Both my Shuttle II and Ninja II work fine with it.
You can get a higher bit rate with the Shuttle but it requires a fast SSD.
The Ninja can use regular hard drives, can record down to DNxHD 36 and has it's own monitor.
They both can record continuously for as long as your batteries and external storage allows.

The reason I am selling both is that they cannot record 1080 P60 or 4k.
The D600 only does up to 1080 P30, which is one reason why I now have a D5300 and GH4.

The D600 does give clean HDMI out. It works great. One thing I'd recommend is an HDMI lock, this is what I use:

For run and gun I only use a monitor plugged into the HDMI, but it's still a good thing to have because if it comes undone, recording stops.

I would look into the 54mbps hack from nikonhacker, it resolves fast motion and detail in noise very well. You might not need an external recorder unless you need higher bit depth.
