D5200 Live View/Aperture

Got a D5200 and before the camera came out there was speak of not being able to change Aperture in Live View. This video shows you can??

I tried this and can't do it with the same settings in Manual Mode. I have the question mark symbol above shutter speed, why is that flashing?

Also if I put the camera into Shutter Priority I can change the Aperture in Live View???

He's wrong. You cannot change aperture in LV mode. You have to leave and set aperture and then go back in.

I just worked out he hasn't got manual settings selected in Camera Settings thats why he is able to but if you notice although the Aperture value changes the view in Live view stays the same. I can though change Aperture in Shutter Priority mode

Sorry, are you saying that you can change the aperture in Shutter priority in LV? Meaning you can hear the aperture changing or is it just the values changing on screen?
