D5000 lcd

Curious to know for the D5000 owners out there. How are you finding the screen's resolution? I know it's a third of the D90's lcd's resolution so i wanted to know if you guys are having an alright time hitting accurate focus with just its display.

How about the battery life? How much you getting out of it?

Hey Papa, picked up one yesterday, there is a vimeo vid of some recording of my girlf yesterday, http://www.vimeo.com/user909766/videos focusing is alright i guess, have to try it out with an external display tho, but for the most part you can tell whats in focus and whats not, any more questions ?

i think im going to hold out on the DSLR for a bit of time until they come out with one that isn't crippled to some extent.

Works pretty good, I just picked one up for timelapse (it has a built in intervelometer too!)

Just the stock lens on that video, also done this lil action test only had the cam a couple of days, and its me running round in the video, first time dave had ever touched the cam too.
