Yes, alot of the pics are hot (the people couldn't see the image on Jumbo-Tron at broadcast safe.  Also... some of these I was kind of... ahem(guerilla shooting).  Also had to shoot 4x3.

And these are a few pics from a paintball tournament I just filmed.

Shutterspeed for both events was at 500 & 1000 with 1/8 ND filter, manual zoom & focus.  Paintball footage was shot in squeeze.

Hey
Liked the shots. On #6 off the race cars: for a second I was thinking, man is this guy crazy? attaching a camera on the side of the car like that during the race? Than I looked at the red car on the right and saw a reflection of someones arms taking a picture right beside you. Good work

Re: D1 Grand Prix & Paintball

Hey thanks guys.

Paintball tournament is "Old School Challenge" it's an all-stock no semi-auto tournament.  Pretty exciting to watch these guys try to take each other out with only 40 rounds. That's too bad about your knees. I would freak if I couldn't ball anymore.

The racing footage was taken directly off a 1-off DVD.  So quality isn't quite as nice as if I encoded it onto a timeline and reverse telecine'd.

Settings were F4 with slightly modded camera settings on color.  Forgot which exactly.  Will post when I check at home.

Paintabll was shot with Squeeze.  Shutterspeed at 1000. with 1/8ND.

D1 was shot 4x3. Shutterspeed at 1000 with 1/8 and 1/64 ND.  Iris was changed every 2-3 minutes.

It was good to hear some people talking about the footage later.  They said the fast shutter speed looked amazing on the display.  Unfortunately I didn't get to see what it looked like up there.  DVX ROCKS!!!!!!
