D-Tap to D-Tap cable for Samurai?

Anyone know where to get a D-Tap to D-Tap cable to power the Samurai through their dummy D-Tap battery. What a dumb design. I remember reading here that someone had a connection to wire them up.

Also do you know where to get lemo connector for Epic/Scarlet 4 pin power? I need to make cable for it to work on my steadicam.
