Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone was using, or knew of a solution to running a Litepanels Micro Pro http://www.litepanels.com/language/pages/micropro.php via a D-Tap connection?
I have Olof's fantastic shoulder brace and battery plate for my AF and I would love to run my light from it, but the only cable Litepanels could suggest to me was http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/564324-REG/Litepanels_1DT_D_Tap_5_Cable_Assembly.html
which is so short, it's ridiculous.
They produce a longer cable for their Sola eng light http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/819357-REG/Litepanels_900_6104_Sola_ENG_2_Pin.html but I have no idea whether it would be compatible or not. Are these connections generic or proprietary?
I would rather not buy a new light, because the cable isn't long enough.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
cheers
Rich
