Hi...
I am interested in whether with this camera it is possible to stream via the SDI connection to the led panel and at the same time to stream to yt via lan or wireless....
I am also interested in what experiences you have with night shooting, specifically live concerts, outdoors, on large illuminated stages, from the audience...(white balance and setup, color temperature - 3200 or 5600 or some other...ect ).
Do you have any suggestions, tips & tricks from your experience...
Specifically, everything would be recorded and streamed in 1080p...
thanks...

I’ve only done one outdoor concert and I do remember a white balance issue because mine started in the morning and ended at night. So most of the day was 5600, at sunset it got warmer and after dark the stage lighting was very yellow 2800-3200.

I believe I filmed at 5600 then at a suitable break point at sunset I switched to 3200. In editing you can correct the white balance in between. I wouldn’t use auto white balance because it will constantly change and can often get fooled. If you’re filming either a day or night concert it’s best to set a custom white balance instead of a preset.

The CX350 can output SDI and HDMI at the same time. I think the LAN output is active at the same time as well. I have not had the best of luck with Panasonic's in camera streaming implementations over the years. So I use capture devices for streaming.

Your white balance will depend upon the color of the venue's lighting. I am seeing more and more situations where 5600k is the best choice, even indoors as everybody moves to LED lighting.

I would use SDI for a large led panel, HDMI is busy, I have a monitor on the camera, I agree with the white balance, I recorded two nights ago, a large outdoor stage and 5600 passes, but I found the ideal solution around 5800...
I tried over 5600, everything is ok up to say 9200-600...
Over 10,000 the colors become saturated, but it's ok..
thanks for the post and tips...:)
